Whether You Sell or Consume Take Care What You Drink YOU could get into trouble!!!

Whilst some companies focus the contents of the bottle others focus on the label and not the contents.
I have full faith in Forever Living Products Aloe which has very average packaging and no health claims. The fact is this product range works very well and without being sold retail through the High Street as a sales agent with other sales agents my team and I have sold around £100 million since we  got started.
Other companies sell off the shelf of a shop and get taken to court and when you learn who you are going to be surprised Coca-Cola is being sued by a non-profit public interest group, on the grounds that the company's vitaminwater products make unwarranted health claims. Those who have worked with me in the past would  say they are not surprised that all the Vitamins are on the label
Where we will all be surprised is how the company is defending itself as lawyers for Coca-Cola are defending the lawsuit by asserting that "no consumer could reasonably be misled into thinking vitaminwater was a healthy beverage." That quite frankly is crazy and even it was not healthy what is the defence for it being healthy..
This means that you're an unreasonable person to think that a product named "vitaminwater" is a product that has been heavily and aggressively marketed as a healthy beverage, actually had health benefits they marketing says it had?
We might be considered silly as all large corporations think it is OK to lie about its products and that is why they can then turn around and claim that no one actually believes their lies.. so no case.
I made a study (too much time on my hands) of this product and it is basically sugar diluted with water, to which about a two pence worth of vitamins added. And the vitamins are not foodsource they are all chemically made or as the trade call it "synthetic". So we have a bottle of sugary water that contains 33 grams of sugar and that means a pint of beer will be better for you. Which way is the pub as Coca-cola's vitamin water is more like a can of coke that a bottled healthy beverage.
The harm being done by this is BIG as sugar plays a massive role in our obesity challenge
I have to watch my weight (some say I should stop watching and do something about it) so I take care to have the right drinks and have consumed products like vitaminwater in the mistaken belief that the product I was drinking is nutritionally positive and carried no reasonable calories. WRONG!
This company are disguising the fact that it's actually full of added sugar and the truth is that when it comes to weight loss, what you drink may be even more important than what you eat.
According to Huffington Post This lawsuit was brought by the Center for Science in the Public Interest, alleging  vitaminwater labels and advertising are filled with "deceptive and unsubstantiated claims." In his recent 55-page ruling, Federal Judge John Gleeson (U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York), wrote, "At oral arguments, defendants (Coca-Cola) suggested that no consumer could reasonably be misled into thinking vitamin water was a healthy beverage." Noting that the soft drink giant wasn't claiming the lawsuit was wrong on factual grounds, the judge wrote that, "Accordingly, I must accept the factual allegations in the complaint as true."
So if you sell this you are destroying health and if you sell this you could be in court!
Ignore companies like Coca-Cola and if you see  a known brand on the shelf of  a shop take care and if it is on TV it is probably dangerous
Water-soluble vitamins with too much sugar is not a legitimate way to meet our nutritional needs
Here's what I suggest: If you're looking for a healthy and far less expensive way to hydrate, try drinking Aloe Vera Gel. If you are not able to find Aloe take water!!
Perhaps we are stupid, after all would you go to a dog breeder for a horse and would you ask the hairdresser for a packet of crisps?
It's probably not the best idea to rely on a soft drink company for your vitamins and other essential nutrients.
Try a good nutritionist, or look for a Forever Living Products distributors and if cannot find either have a diet with lots of vegetables and fruits to provide you with what you need far more reliably, far more consistently -- and far more honestly than Coca-Cola.
