“On the other hand, although I have a regular work schedule, I take time to go for long walks on the beach so that I can listen to what is going on inside my head. If my work isn’t going well, I lie down in the middle of a workday and gaze at the ceiling while I listen and visualise what goes on in my imagination."

Visualisation will:
  • create internal changes within the body, and help the immune system to fight disease, and release healing chemicals such as endorphins and encephalins into the bloodstream
  • release long term emotional blockages affecting our life
  • release long term stress from your body, which increases functioning of the immune system
  • build confidence, inner belief, positive attitutudes
  • improve relationships

When the visualisation and mental rehearsal is not working keep going

Do it, keep doing it, then keep doing it some more. It’s the only way to get great, but the good news: anyone can do it. It just takes some time and some doing. Hey presto.

When the world says, “Give up,”
Hope whispers, “Try it one more time.”
