Regional cHEFF 2010 will take place on Monday 8 March at Opus Restaurant in Birmingham.
This year HEART of ENGLAND fine foods (HEFF) will be hosting an exclusive lunch event, with guest speakers including food writer and broadcaster, Charles Campion.
This will be an exciting occasion for top local chefs and food and drink producers alike, to learn more about local produce and to discuss business opportunities within the West Midlands restaurant sector.
With a regionally-sourced lunch created specially for the occasion by Opus Chef Director David Colcombe, this event promises to be more popular than ever.
