As with any business Mr Oliver is not promising any guaranteed commission – as he says
"remember, there's no reward without putting in the graft"
Currently they are operating solely in the UK and Ireland ony, so they are unable to accept Consultants based in the 100+ countries at this time.
A party planning business that’s relatively new on the scene and with none other than TV cook Jamie Oliver at its helm.
No wonder the company has managed to recruit over 2,300 consultants since its launch in 2009. By joining you attach yourself to a TV chef, get to sell kitchen and household products, and become your own boss on 20% commission all for a £100 plus £15 Public Liability ( is this in case you burn a hostess's house down?) Insurance, you can get started
The hostess makes money as well, from the sale of everyday utensils and gadgets like graters, speed peelers and knives that designer edge, whilst they’re still extra sturdy, functional and above all a pleasure to use.
Earthy oven-to-table terracotta looks gorgeous and is perfect for making warming stews, casseroles and my favourite, lasagne... yum yum!!
The only challenge for me is that the products are not consumable, Jamie at Home, Jamie Oliver’s latest business venture is taking the country by storm and only time will tell if this has any longevity.
With low commisions it is a business more for the status of sharing in Jamie’s passion for bringing people together and getting people in the kitchen than making a fortune.
The products are the designer-led Jme collection, available exclusively through home parties, and the Scent & Savour range.
It’s the companies third season since launch and to try for repeat business they’ve introduced a new range of spring products of kitchen widgets and hand-crafted Terracotta
This endorses direct selling and network marketing and we wish Mr Oliver well with this new venture and the slightly underpaid consultants who (need to sell £2000 personally) to make an extra 6% if they achieve personal sales of £2,000 or over per month = 26%
By introducing 6 people to the business they can become a Team Leader and then progress to Executive Manager if you so wish.
How about joining? www.jamieathome.com *Minimum Party sales of £100 required in order to earn commission and Party Loyalty Points - but don't worry, our products are so lovely we nearly always sell more than £100 at every party. For me personally I think consumable repeatable products with a higher profit margin are simpler to be involved with.
The key element is selling products that you simply cannot get off the shelf of a shop and this means people will beat a path to your door for many years...
